Investor in People
The Investors in People Standard recognises MidlandHR’s striving to improve performance through our commitment to our people. Our performance improvements bring our customers greater satisfaction and reduced costs. The standard also assures other companies that they are dealing with a company of high integrity and motivation to succeed.
MidlandHR’s investment in people aims to retain the valuable employee skills that go into producing our HR and Payroll solutions. We also aim to maintain a high standard of post sales customer care through excellent staff training and leadership.
MidlandHR’s employees are united in a common goal – to drastically improve customers’ hr and payroll operations.
MidlandHR use its own software, iTrent HR and Payroll, internally as a robust foundation for staff appraisal and training.
