Liverpool Mutual Homes signs with MidlandHR for HR and fully managed payroll
Managing over 15,000 homes in the city, Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) has signed a three year contract for MidlandHR’s complete web-based HR and payroll suite, iTrent. Designed to bring data alive and deliver powerful graphical analysis of information, iTrent will give LMH the tools to tackle HR issues such as talent management, succession planning, recruitment and absence management
The specialist HR and payroll software provider will provide a fully managed payroll service for LMH’s 270 employees from April onwards, hosting the database at its Nottingham data centre
The non-profit housing association has also signed up for self service allowing staff the opportunity for flexible working in any location. All employees, including line managers, will be able to access the HR system directly and input information, freeing up time for the HR department and reducing the possibility of error by removing the requirement to enter information more than once. In addition, as iTrent is zero footprint, it can be accessed anywhere via a link to the website.
Commenting on the new contract, head of human resources at LMH, Karen McMurdo said: "I am looking forward to using the new integrated software I believe it will enable the HR department to manage systems more efficiently and effectively. I also look forward to working with a professional team of service providers that I know provide an excellent service."
“The iTrent system will allow Liverpool Mutual Homes’ HR department to reduce administration time and focus the team’s efforts on more strategic HR activities and issues such as talent management and succession planning. I’m delighted that iTrent offered the right agility and functionality to rise to the challenge,” said Lawrence Knowles, managing director of MidlandHR.
