Skanska builds confidence in HR and payroll with MidlandHR
A new contract will see construction company, Skanska, implement iTrent - MidlandHR’s complete, web-enabled HR and payroll solution.
iTrent will provide faster, more efficient HR and payroll support to the construction company’s 5,500 employees.
Skanska is moving to iTrent from three separate HR and payroll systems and will benefit from a reduction in data entry and increased confidence that information is current and accurate. Being web-enabled, many employees will be able to easily update their own details and manage HR-related processes on line, which improves accuracy of data but also enables a faster more efficient HR and payroll service.
Harvey Francis, HR Director at Skanska, comments: “Having three separate systems naturally means a greater margin for error due to multiple data entries, but with a single HR and payroll solution, our employees can have confidence in the accuracy of information. They will also benefit from the speed of the system; with the ability for many of our employees to have access to and make changes to their information in real time.”
