Having first been recognised for meeting the Investors in People Standard in 2006, MidlandHR is pleased to have retained its status for a further three years through continued excellence and dedication to its people.
MidlandHR has clearly demonstrated its ongoing commitment to the need to align its people with its organisational objectives, ensuring that employees remain fully engaged. Success was particularly evident in a number of key areas throughout the external assessment process, including the delivery of comprehensive induction, training and development programs, clear channels of communication, exceptional people management, and consistent levels of performance management.
