Analytics

Management reporting made easy. Click here to see more
details of how Business Objects enhances iTrent and brings
more value to your organisation.

Standard reports

These reports can be used to:
  • provide data for the collation of performance indicators, e.g. BVPI
  • analysis of absence, leavers and vacancies
  • analyse data for past and future periods, e.g. salaries, employers on costs and other pay costs, e.g. expenses, overtime etc.
  • analyse costing and actual payments across payroll periods
  • analyse variances in budgets and provide data for future budgets
  • analyse how actual and planned staff movements can affect the salary budget
  • project how an overall pay award or changes to NI can affect the salary budget
  • preparation for salary changes and reviews

Manipulation of data

The majority of listings are exported to Excel to allow for further data manipulation and analysis and the production of management statistics and graphics. iTrent Excel macros format the data and provide additional analysis and graphs as standard.

Security

All reports are linked to iTrent's structure security so that the manager will only have access to his own area.
