Working with the top kiosk provider, Amatica, to deliver self-service kiosks that will give non-desk-based employees access to MidlandHR's iTrent Personal Manager self-service HR facilities.
Kiosks and secure PCs can be placed in high traffic, public or shop floor locations, giving employees who would not normally have access to a PC the opportunity to access MidlandHR's range of HR services online.
The kiosk interface with iTrent software incorporates a branded start page to enable self-service access to the iTrent software via your intranet or the Internet. The kiosk can also be configured to allow access to your company website, external websites as well as many internal applications.

Our service includes the design, branding and integration of a secure browser for the kiosk system. The browser enables easy navigation of applications and also provides valuable security for the kiosk or PC, preventing a user from interfering with the kiosk’s settings or applications.
We will also configure the kiosk with suitable network and communications solutions - ADSL, VPN, wireless - as well as anti-virus and surfing controls to ensure the protection of your corporate network.
We can provide full project management services including detailed site surveys, to determine the suitability of the kiosk location and identify any health and safety issues. We also manage the kiosk/PC delivery and installation. Our remote monitoring and maintenance service, supported by our national help desk, provides facilities to monitor, configure and maintain the kiosk remotely and collect valuable usage statistics. On-site maintenance can also be provided.
