About delta phi
The Delta Phi Association has been created with the aim of improving techniques in the field of Human Resource Management, based on MidlandHR's range of software.
Information exchange assists in maximising the value of Human Resource Management, and the Delta Phi Association provides a high level forum for customers to meet and exchange information on a voluntary basis.
To the people working in Personnel or Payroll vocations or anyone with a vested interest in HR Management and administration, membership offers an essential platform for mutual discussion.
Activity groups
The Association pursues its objectives through a Committee and through Activity Groups dealing with particular areas of interest within the subjects of Human Resource Management and Information Technology.
Activity Groups are generally based on product line and bring together practitioners in Personnel, Payroll and Pensions Administration from a broad variety of organisations, where product updates are presented and discussed in addition to general human resource and business issues.
Membership
Membership of the Delta Phi Association is open to those organisations using, or committed to the use of MidlandHR's range of products. Organisations with software at different locations may apply for separate membership for each location.
Meetings
The Association meets twice a year and addresses the requirements of users on iTrent and Millennium platforms.
